A 4 star holiday cottage with outstanding views over wonderful rolling countryside.

Enter through the front door into the:

KITCHEN - An extremely attractive, fully fitted kitchen with wonderful views to the front. Complete with a full size electric cooker, fridge and microwave. In addition the kitchen has a kitchen table and chairs for four. It also has the benefit of an adjoining utility/laundry room (with washer/dryer, dishwasher, mini-freezer, iron and ironing board).

The stairs run from the kitchen.

Another door leads from the kitchen into the lounge.

LOUNGE - A lovely light room with a beautiful outlook to the highest point in Warwickshire - Larkstoke Hill - that is less than a mile away.

The lounge has a comfortable sofa and armchairs and also includes a colour TV and video.

UPSTAIRS

The stairs run from one corner of the kitchen/diner to the first floor landing. The upstairs accommodation is fully carpeted throughout.

BEDROOM ONE - A light airy room with a comfortable double bed with bedside cabinets and lamps. For stargazers there is a skylight above the bed. Additional light is from a window to the front aspect. This bedroom also has a wardrobe and chest of drawers. An additional cot and foldaway bed is also available.

BEDROOM TWO - The second bedroom contains twin beds. This bedroom also has a roomy wardrobe.

BATHROOM - Bath with fitted shower over and shower screen. Basin and WC.

GARDEN - One of the highlights of the cottage! There is a wonderfully large garden and patio to enjoy.

PARKING - The Cottage is completely self contained with its own parking and entrance. The almost endless parking is shared by the main house, which adjoins the cottage.

ALSO PROVIDED….

A comprehensive complimentary welcome pack, including a crusty loaf, butter, milk, tea and coffee, some preserves and a bottle of wine, so that you can relax immediately upon your arrival.
